Applying the prayers and principles from The Discipline of Intercession, we hold ourselves as well as others before the Throne of God’s Grace, through a year of disciplined month-by-month and day-by-day praying. We can behold the healing that takes place spiritually, emotionally, mentally and physically as these prayers lead to opening deep parts in us, inviting in the work of the Holy Spirit. Cchanges, long sought for, have begun coming into the lives of those for whom we are learning to make supplication. Troublesome attitudes and responses in all of us are coming into line with God’s Kingdom. We want to draw as many as possible along with us in this discipline—husbands and wives praying for one another, parents praying for their children, students for teachers, pastors for congregations, friends for friends, citizens for our leaders, etc. It's endless.
